Zemic HM9B

The Zemic HM9B load cell is one of the most popular load cells for use in heavy duty truck and trailer scales. It is widely used around the world along with other similar models. This load cell is very reasonably priced for its performance and has fittings and accessories that can effectively absorb lateral and unauthorized horizontal forces. These forces are usually generated by thermal expansion, sudden braking, or sudden movement of the trailer. Another feature of this load cell is its easy and quick installation, which is appreciated by scale manufacturers. The HM9B is a dual shear beam load cell. The maximum output (Full Scale Output) of these load cells is adjusted by the manufacturer to have very little difference between them, and in multi-load cell weighing systems, edge-balancing of this type of load cell is easily done using a junction box. The material of this load cell is nickel plated alloy steel and has an IP68 protection standard, which makes it water resistant.
