Zemic BM6G Introduction
The BM6G load cell is arguably one of Zemic’s masterpieces. It is highly regarded by manufacturers and industrialists who prioritize quality due to its compliance with most of the world’s recognized standards. The BM6G load cell boasts excellent accuracy with a minimum verification interval of 10000 in the C3 commercial class.
The BM6G load cell is a single-point load cell that has been edge-balanced by the manufacturer and and does not have any weight difference on the sides in the maximum platform dimensions of 80×80 centimeters. This load cell is made of stainless steel and the strain gauge attachment points are secured with a special strong adhesive, and all metal covers are connected with laser welding. This load cell has an IP68 and IP69K protection standard, which means it can work well even when submerged in water and under water vapor pressure. The BM6G load cell is ATEX certified and can be used in explosive and hazardous environments.
