Zemic H8C Introduction
The Zemic H8C load cell is one of the most widely used load cells in various scales and light and even semi-heavy multi-base weighbridges. It is popular among manufacturers due to its relatively easy installation, reasonable price, and acceptable quality. This load cell is usually supplied with a base and platform, which makes installation easier. The H8C load cell is a Shear Beam load cell. The maximum output of these load cells (Full Scale Output) is adjusted by the manufacturer so that they have very little difference with each other. In multi-load cell weighing systems, edge-balancing of this type of load cell is easily done using a junction box. The material of this load cell is nickel-plated alloy steel and has an IP67 protection standard and is washable. The output sensitivity of this load cell is 3 millivolts per volt of supply at its maximum capacity.
