Zemic H2F Introduction

Installation
Correct installation is essential to achieve accurate compression measurement and long service life:
1- Install the loadcell on a flat, rigid, and well‑aligned mounting surface.
2- Ensure that the applied load is transferred vertically along the load axis.
3- Use appropriate mounting bolts and observe the recommended tightening torque.
4- Avoid side loading, bending moments, or uneven force distribution.
5- Mechanical stops or overload protection are recommended in high‑capacity applications.
Proper mounting guarantees stable operation and protects the load cell from mechanical damage.
