Zemic H3 Introduction
The Zemic H3 is a compact and reliable S‑type universal load cell, designed for accurate force and weighing applications in both tension and compression configurations. Manufactured from nickel‑plated alloy steel and sealed to IP67, the H3 offers excellent durability against dust and moisture. With a wide capacity range from 25 kg up to 30 tons, this load cell is well‑suited for a variety of industrial weighing systems such as hanging scales, hoppers, and hybrid weighing applications.
Installation
The Zemic H3 should be installed using appropriate eye bolts, rod ends, or fork joints, ensuring perfect axial alignment between the applied force and the load cell’s centerline. For suspended or hopper systems, the load must hang freely without introducing side forces. All mounting hardware should match the rated capacity and thread size of the selected model. Avoid welding or mechanical stress near the load cell body during installation to maintain long‑term accuracy.
Loading
The load must be applied axially, either in tension or compression, depending on the application setup. Sudden shock loads should be minimized, even though the H3 offers high overload protection. Ensure that no bending, torsion, or lateral forces are transmitted through the mounting accessories, as these may affect measurement accuracy and mechanical lifespan.
