Tedea 355 Introduction

Model 355: A welded bending load cell crafted from stainless steel, the Model 355 is hermetically sealed against moisture. Its robust construction, along with the polyurethane-shielded cable, allows the load cell to operate effectively in harsh environments while maintaining its specified performance. The combination of low profile, high accuracy, and sealing makes it ideal for various applications, including low-profile platforms, weighing and packing machines, and the conversion of mechanical scales. When dealing with hazardous environments, the Model 355 is available with an EEx ia IIC T6 level of approval as an optional feature. Additionally, two sense wires provide feedback on the voltage reaching the load cell. To compensate for changes in lead resistance due to temperature fluctuations or cable extension, this voltage is fed into the appropriate electronics.
