Flintec MHT1

The Flintec MHT1 is a series of miniature force transducers engineered for high-performance compression force measurement in demanding industrial environments. 

• Design & Application: Features a low profile, small diameter design, allowing for easy embedding into machinery and test equipment. It is ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery, and end-of-line test equipment.  
   
• Technology: Utilizes advanced full-bridge, bonded foil strain gauge technology, delivering excellent long-term stability and consistent high performance, even in applications requiring over 1 million load cycles.  
   
• Construction: Built for durability. Models from 1kg to 20kg feature an aluminium body, while the 50kg to 200kg models use robust stainless steel. Both have a stainless-steel cover and are protected from moisture with an epoxy bonded cover, providing environmental protection rated to IP64. (Note: The provided text described the Zemic B3G as stainless steel with IP67, but the MHT1 specifications indicate Aluminium/Stainless Steel construction depending on capacity and an IP64 rating).  
   
• Capacity & Output: Offers a wide range of standard capacities, from 1kg up to 200kg, to suit diverse application needs.
