Celltec RNF Introduction

Installation
Proper mechanical installation is critical to ensure accurate compression measurement:
1- Install the load cell on a flat, rigid, and well‑aligned base surface.
2- Ensure that the applied load is transferred vertically and centrally through the loading button.
3- Avoid side forces, bending moments, and uneven load distribution.
4- Mounting structures must be strong enough to prevent deformation under load.
5- Mechanical overload stops are recommended for high‑impact or dynamic installations.
Correct mounting ensures stable signal output and protects the load cell against mechanical damage.
