Tedea 1140

Model 1140 is a low-profile single-point load cell specifically designed for direct mounting on affordable weighing platforms. Its compact physical dimensions, combined with high accuracy and cost-effectiveness, make it an excellent choice for low-profile bench scales and counting scales.

For added protection against wash-down conditions, an optional IP65 encapsulation is available.

Constructed from stainless steel, this high-precision load cell is Factory Mutual-approved and complies with other stringent industry standards. Additionally, the load cell features two additional sense wires that provide feedback on the voltage reaching the load cell.

This feedback mechanism allows for complete compensation of changes in lead resistance caused by temperature fluctuations or cable extensions, ensuring accurate measurements. The load cell’s voltage output can be effectively utilized by the appropriate electronics.
