Yaohua A9

The YAOHUA A9 is a dedicated truck scale weight indicator designed for static industrial weighing applications such as weighbridges, floor scales, and vehicle weighing systems. Built around high‑precision Σ–Δ (sigma‑delta) A/D conversion technology, the A9+ delivers stable and repeatable weight measurement when operating with single or multiple loadcells in heavy‑duty installations.

The indicator supports a wide range of core weighing functions including zero and tare control, automatic and manual zero tracking, and multi‑point calibration with compensation methods. Its internal memory allows structured management of weighing data, storing vehicle IDs with corresponding tare weights, cargo records, and historical weighing transactions. This makes the Yaohua A9 particularly suitable for truck scale environments where traceability and repeatable processing are required.

For system integration, the A9 provides standard RS‑232 serial communication, with optional RS‑422 / RS‑485 for long‑distance data transmission. Interfaces for printers and external scoreboards allow clear weight display and on‑site ticket printing, while the A9+P variant integrates a built‑in thermal micro‑printer for standalone operation. The indicator processes low‑level mV/V signals from up to 8 loadcells at 350 Ω or 16 at 700 Ω, supporting typical weighbridge configurations with 6‑wire connection and automatic long‑distance compensation.

Housed in a durable plastic enclosure with an external rechargeable battery and supporting AC/DC power supply, the Yaohua A9 is designed for continuous industrial use.
