Flintec PC6H

The Flintec PC6H is a high-capacity single point load cell specifically engineered and certified for the demanding requirements of RCV bin-lifting systems.   

• Application Specific Design: Purpose-built for rear-end bin lifting systems on waste collection vehicles.   
   
• Trade Approved: Certified to both OIML R60 C3 ($Y=21,900$) and NTEP (3,000 intervals, Class III, single cell) standards, making it the ideal choice for trade-approved waste collection applications.   
   
• Rugged Construction: Features a fully welded, stainless steel (17-4 PH) design with a bead-blasted surface, offering superior ruggedness and longevity compared to alternative aluminium systems.   
   
• Superior Sealing: Built to withstand harsh environments, it is hermetically sealed to IP68 (protection up to 2m water depth) and IP69K (protection against high-pressure/steam jet cleaning). The cable entry is sealed using a glass-to-metal header.   
   
• Performance & Capacity: Offers a 2,000kg capacity with high accuracy. It is adjusted for off-centre loads and suitable for platform sizes up to 1,200mm x 1,200mm. The rated output is 2mV/V ±0.1%.
